SoldLittle Gables real estate
A tight-knit pocket of unincorporated Miami-Dade, right against Coral Gables. Homes here carry Coral Gables addresses and draw Gables buyers, so pricing means watching sales on both sides of the line.
I sell homes in Little Gables and send a short market report to neighbors every month.

Zip 33134 market, including Coral Gables proper
These official numbers cover the whole zip, not just Little Gables. Use them for direction (inventory, speed, negotiation), not for your home's price.
UpDown Fewer listings and less supply mean less competition for sellers.
Paul's read: 33134 covers a large part of Coral Gables proper, and those sales pull the zip median far above what most Little Gables homes sell for. My May 2026 sale at 4250 SW 10th St closed at $816,500. Fewer homes for sale and less than four months of supply still favor sellers, but buyers here are negotiating: the typical home sold for about 93% of its original asking price. Pricing right on day one matters more than the headline median.

Why Little Gables homes need a local price
Buyers shopping here are usually also looking in Coral Gables proper. Your home gets compared to both, and automated estimates rarely account for that.
- I compare your home to recent sales on both sides of the Coral Gables line
- I factor in lot size, updates and condition, which estimates can't see
- I show you how buyers will see your home against current competition

What clients say
Paul was amazing to work with. He was very enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and accessible. My transaction was a bit more challenging because I live 2000km away, but it was reassuring to know he was there on the ground to help with any issue that came up. When Paul says he's going to do something, you can count on him to do it promptly and competently.
Paul's attention to detail was not only impressive but reassuring that my property was indeed in the right hands.
Every question was answered, every call was returned, every concern was addressed, and many strategy calls were had all to best position our interests.
Little Gables vs. Coral Gables
Is Little Gables part of the City of Coral Gables?
No. Little Gables is unincorporated Miami-Dade County, bordering the City of Coral Gables. Many homes use Coral Gables or Miami mailing addresses, which is one reason online estimates mix the two markets.
Who handles permits and code in Little Gables?
Miami-Dade County, not the City of Coral Gables. That affects renovation timelines and what buyers ask about, so I review permit history before we set a price.
Why do zip-code medians miss my home's value?
Zip 33134 includes a large share of Coral Gables proper, where prices run much higher. A Little Gables value has to come from Little Gables sales and the closest comparable blocks.
How do you price a Little Gables home?
From recent closed sales nearby, adjusted for lot size, additions, updates and condition, then checked against the homes you would compete with today. You see every sale I used.
